“Sacrifices of Joy” (by G. C. Willis) is not a very common book, so it may be difficult to find. I own it as part of a ‘Classic Christian Commentary’ set. You may be able to buy individual copies from Believer’s Bookshelf Canada. I searched on google and also found the following places where it is for sale:

Thanks… I’m teaching a class on Philippians and wanted something specific to “do” with the phrase “to live is Christ.” For me, this is such a rich/deep phrase. It boggles the mind, really. I think about replacing the word Christ with some of his other attributes … “to live is glorious” … “to live is suffering” … “to live is healer” … “to live is weeping” … it just goes on and on. But, anyway, that’s not what I came to say… just wanted to thank you for the idea above and I’ll link back after I post our session on these verses. Blessings. ib
